Wildflower of Vorhús is inspired by the small, blooming wildflowers that capture the eye throughout Iceland’s natural landscape. One such flower is Holurt, lat. Silene uniflora, which stands out with its delicate white petals contrasting sharply against the rugged terrain where it grows—often in gravelly soil, sometimes mixed with pumice. Holurt is found across the country, from the lowlands up to elevations of 700 meters.
